Welcome to Teaberry Alpaca Farms!

We are a small family-ran alpaca farm located in Catawba, Virginia. Our farm is nestled in the beautiful Jefferson National Forest, close to many great hiking trails.

Why alpacas? Are you serious?! Have you seen them? Super cute, great personalities, fairly easy to take care of…..and they poop in one spot. Can’t get much better than that! Our end goal is to breed happy, healthy and high quality alpacas.

What a delightful experience I had at the Teaberry Alpaca Farm. I instantly fell in love with the alpacas and it was such a treat to be able to get up close and to feed them. The picnic was wonderful and the food was great. I would highly recommend visiting the farm and I can't wait to go back.

Absolutely loved visiting Teaberry Alpaca Farm! Little Mac stole my heart from the beginning. And Colette is hilarious with the Cruella de Vil look she rocks. Teaberry Farm itself is so serene and beautiful, a magical backdrop to spend time with the alpacas! The farm owners Pam and her husband Todd take immaculate care of the farm and alpacas. Their pride on ownership showed in every detail. During our farm tour we opted for a lunch with the alpacas’ experience. It was the best! The food was delicious and it was so fun having the alpacas enjoy the space with us, they are such curious animals! The tour was informative and interactive. Perfect for families with children or large groups looking for a unique experience. We will definitely be back!

Is it an Ostrich? Is it an Emu? NO!! They were Alpacas! What an experience my son and I had at the Teaberry Alpaca Farm, an up and close experience at that. You will feed them, watch as the interact with you and each other. The farm and hostess are worth the stop alone. Beautiful location for weddings, family reunions, team building experiences.
